  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder Don't use Dutch Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp whey protein powder unsweetened, natural
  • 2 Tbsp collagen hydrolysate Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp sugar substititue Splenda Stevia & Erythritol


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until mixed well. Thin with water as needed

  2. Top with shredded coconut

TIP: Splenda brand stevia and erythritol sweetener is sucralose free and contains only stevia and erythritol. There are no carb calories to worry about
