Strawberry, Pear and Lime Ice Pops
Ingredients
- 12 x 2 oz 60 g ice pop molds and sticks
- 2 pears such as D’Anjou, cored and halved
- 3/4 tsp 3 ml grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup 45 ml lime juice
- 1/4 cup 50 ml granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- 2-1/4 cups 550 ml frozen strawberries
- Pinch kosher salt
Instructions

Use tall cup

Add pears, lime zest, lime juice, sugar, strawberries and salt to the tall cup. Twist the extractor blade onto the cup to seal. Turn the cup upside down and press and turn cup into the power base for 40 seconds, or until smooth.

Remove the cup from the power base and twist off the extractor blade. Pour mixture into ice pop molds, cover and insert sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or until solid. Quickly dip molds into hot water to release pops.
Recipe Notes
TIPS
Small (about 2 oz/60 g) paper or plastic cups can be used in place of the molds. Leftover popsicle can be frozen for up to 7 days. 1 fresh lime will yield about 1/4 cup (50 mL)
