  • 1 small beet peeled,and halved
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Goji berries
  • 3 leaves mint
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened hemp milk


  1. Use tall cup

  2. Add beet, raspberries, yogurt, goji berries, and mint leaves to the tall cup.

  3. Add hemp milk, about 1.5 cups or to the 'Max line". Twist the extractor blade onto the cup to seal.

  4. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth

Recipe Notes


  • Wear kitchen gloves when peeling the and cutting the beet to avoid staining your hands
  • You can substitute another type of milk, such as almond or cashew, for the hemp milk
